Our Story

ONI stands for equality and justice for all. It is an initiative which is developed by the young minds of India for a better future where everybody can have equal rights everywhere in the country. The nature of the forum is to provide safe and secure opportunities through which every citizen of India democratically feels that their hard work should not vanish and pay in every terms and condition. We are dedicated and working hard to provide opportunities to young India to come forward and join the hands for a new India which is safe and tolerant.

Growth and development are two different segments in which our platform of ONI is enthusiastic and committed to work. The youth of India should take his head high without fear and grab the opportunities which are available. The current scenario in the country is not very welcoming especially at the workplace. There are often complaints and discrimination on the basis of caste, colour, language,and region. Our ancestors have sacrificed their blood and sweat for the independence of India. They have a dream of free India where knowledge is free for all, equal opportunity for all, no discrimination, prejudice, intolerance, unfairness,and inequality. But the need of the hour is to sit and think about it that the recent situation in the country is not going on the same platform which was the dream of the great freedom fighters of independent India.

India is a nation of belonging rather than of biased opinions about anyone. The idea of India is of one land embracing many. It's the idea that a nation may endure differences of caste, creed, color, culture, cuisine, conviction, costume and custom and still rally around a consensus. And that consensus is around simple democratic principles that in a diverse and rich democracy like India's, you don't need to agree all the time, so as long as you would agree on the ground rules of how you will disagree. Furthermore, the idea of ONI is to work as a group to curb the corruption which is prevailing in the country. We are not claiming anything that can be done but initially, we are taking the initiatives that can at least have the effect on the country and develop the group cohesion among the citizens of India. We are punctual and dedicated to developing the strategies that can provide and deliver the equality and justice in each and every sector. Equality is not meant for an equal platform for all rather than it means that equal opportunities according to the competency for all.
